Return & Refund Policy

We want customers to receive the correct product in good condition. This policy explains how returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

Return eligibility

  • Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, and invoice where applicable.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-returnable cases

  • Products returned without original packaging/accessories.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, scratches, dents, or missing parts.
  • Requests raised after the return window.
  • Customized, personalized, or special-order products, unless they are defective or incorrect.

Incorrect, defective, or damaged item

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or transit-damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video and order details. After verification, we may arrange a replacement, repair support, return pickup, or refund as applicable.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return process will apply after delivery.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refunds are normally initiated within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and verified. Bank/payment gateway timelines may vary.
